Terms of service

Please read the terms of service carefully before commissioning me.

Payment:► Payments are made via Paypal in USD.
►I have only two payment plans: Full up-front or Half to half.
►If the complete amount is not covered when I finish the work, I won't send the files until the payment is done.
►I never ask for a payment until I reach to your slot, all the payments will be asked before starting the commission.
►I don't accept refunds after the payment has been deposited (fully or part).Turnaround time►Each slot take me 3 - 6 months.
►Each commission deserves their own time depending on the content and complexity.
►Please don't spam about the artwork, I'll be sending advances continuously or you can visit my trello, there I update with some daily WIPS.
►I work from Monday to Friday with a varied schedule, usually at night (GMT-6)Wait-list►I work only with wait-list. Please check the list status on my trello and feel free to DM if you have questions.
►If the wait list is full, I'll let you know when I open available slots in my twitter (pinned post).
►Thank you for read my TOS. There's a free face expression in your next order or update, can be happy, sad or angry. Just write me and say TOS expression found.
►I reserve my rights to accept or deny to give you the slot if your order does not meet my requirements.About the artwork / live 2d model►My commissions are for personal use only, please don't use them for merchandise / commercial purposes.
►If you want to use them for commercial use, an additional fee will be added, So, please comment beforehand.As an artist►Your commission may be used as a reference for future clients.
►I'll uploade the references in my art/social media pages.
►I normally use the process creating your commission as an example / reference or streaming the process in my twitch.Your model is safe!
► All files will be uploaded to the cloud. In case you lose your files, do not hesitate to contact me, I will send you your model again.
